This policy explains how TommyGuns Transfers, LLC handles information received through this website and customer communications.

Do not send sensitive identification numbers, payment-card information, or firearm transaction documents through ordinary email unless specifically instructed to use an approved method.
Our website hosting provider may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type, device information, request time, and security or diagnostic logs. We do not use the website for behavioral advertising or sell visitor information.
We use information to respond to inquiries, arrange appointments, coordinate transfers, provide requested services, prepare orders or invoices, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and operate TommyGuns Transfers.
When a customer pays through an external payment processor such as Authorize.Net, payment information is submitted to and processed by that provider under its own privacy and security practices. This website does not store full payment-card numbers.
Firearm transaction, transfer, identity, and compliance records are collected and retained separately when required by law. Those records are used and disclosed only for legitimate business, compliance, recordkeeping, or legal purposes.
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the business, with an FFL or other party involved in a requested transaction, or when required or permitted by law. We do not sell personal information.
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no email, website, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

This website and our firearm-related services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website.
