TommyGuns Transfers offers a straightforward way to sell a firearm without dealing with strangers, payment problems, or transfer paperwork on your own. We can handle a consignment sale and may also consider purchasing a firearm outright.

How it works
Everything starts with an appointment. We will inspect the firearm, discuss the realistic market, and document the exact arrangement before accepting it.
Tell us what you have, its condition, and whether you are mainly interested in consignment or a possible outright sale.
Bring the firearm unloaded and secured, along with valid identification and any magazines, cases, optics, paperwork, or accessories included with it.
We will evaluate the firearm, discuss realistic pricing, and explain whether consignment or a possible purchase offer makes sense.
If we move forward, the terms, authorized pricing, included items, condition, and required signatures are documented before the firearm is accepted.
Withdrawal and return
A consignor-requested withdrawal is subject to the $75 early-withdrawal fee per firearm, plus nonrefundable authorized advertising, marketplace, shipping, or other expenses already incurred.
If the firearm remains unsold through the full initial term, the early-withdrawal fee does not apply. Renewal, a price adjustment, or return can be discussed.
Return requires an appointment, ATF Form 4473, a PICS background check, required Pennsylvania paperwork, the current standard firearm transfer fee, applicable government fees, and lawful approval.
A firearm cannot be withdrawn during an active auction, pending sale, payment processing, shipment, buyer inspection period, or return process.
Your appointment
Accurate information helps us evaluate and market the firearm correctly. Tell us about known modifications, damage, defects, missing parts, or unsafe conditions.
Bring current government-issued photo identification showing your legal name and current residential address.
Bring the firearm unloaded and secured, along with all magazines, cases, optics, boxes, manuals, and accessories included in the sale.
You must lawfully own the firearm and have the legal authority to sell it. Firearms involved in a lien, dispute, court order, or another consignment cannot be accepted.
Sale proceeds
Consignor proceeds are the final firearm selling price minus the commission and applicable itemized selling expenses. Commission is not calculated on sales tax, buyer-paid shipping, PICS fees, or government surcharges. Any GunBroker fees, authorized advertising, card-processing costs, or unusual shipping and packaging expenses are shown on the final settlement.
