Yes. TommyGuns Transfers is a home-based FFL and all visits are by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins.

Please wait for our message. A delivery notice does not mean the firearm is ready. We must receive, inspect, and record it before arranging your pickup appointment.

Bring a current government-issued photo ID showing your current residential address. If the address is not current, contact us before your appointment so we can confirm what supplemental government documentation may be needed.

We accept incoming firearm shipments only from licensed FFL dealers. We do not accept firearm shipments directly from private individuals.

Yes. Contact us before the firearm ships so we can confirm the transfer and coordinate FFL information with the sending dealer.

For firearms purchased elsewhere and transferred through TommyGuns Transfers, a standard FFL transfer is $35 for the first firearm and each additional firearm in the same transaction is $10. Firearms purchased directly from TommyGuns Transfers do not have an additional transfer fee. The Pennsylvania PICS fee is $5.

Yes, by appointment. Both parties should attend with valid Pennsylvania identification, and the firearm must arrive unloaded and secured. This is separate from our policy requiring shipped firearms to come from an FFL dealer.

The firearm can be released only after the required paperwork is complete and the Pennsylvania Instant Check System provides approval.

Yes. TommyGuns Transfers is a Class 3 SOT and handles suppressors and other eligible NFA transfers by appointment. The $75 NFA transfer fee applies to items purchased elsewhere and transferred through us. NFA items purchased directly from TommyGuns Transfers do not have an additional transfer fee.

Yes. An NFA application may be filed by an individual or through a valid gun trust. A trust adds document and responsible-person requirements, so the right choice depends on your circumstances.

As part of our NFA service, TommyGuns Transfers can help you obtain a gun trust through National Gun Trusts, which provides the trust preparation and support.

No. TommyGuns Transfers is not a notary. Follow your trust provider’s instructions and arrange any required notarization before the trust is used for filing.
